My Experience
My first encounter with HubSpot was in 2016 when I was responsible as a product manager for an e-commerce solution. Here, I used HubSpot as a user to market and sell the product.
From there, I transitioned into a consulting role and began supporting companies in their use of HubSpot. At that time, I was particularly involved in onboarding for the Marketing Hub and Sales Hub. Additionally, due to my original background as a web developer, I often worked on CMS Hub implementations and the development of custom CMS modules.
Most recently, I was employed as a Senior Consultant in an international environment at the world's largest HubSpot consultancy (multiple times awarded as HubSpot Partner of the Year) and also took on the role of Service Owner for HubSpot implementation in the DACH region.
At the end of 2023, I made the decision to become self-employed, driven by the desire to operate with the greatest possible autonomy for my clients.
Excerpts from My Recent Project Work
-> Increased the delivery rate of a product newsletter from approximately 12,000 recipients to about 48,000 contacts through continuous optimization of contact data quality.
-> Implemented billing and project processes in HubSpot to enable cross-team collaboration on the central customer database with recorded billing and project data.
-> Strategic planning and workshops on the use of HubSpot in a branch network to optimize customer engagement and improve the efficiency of internal communication.
